Classical mat pilates, beginner and intermediate levels.
Come enjoy classical pilates to strengthen our core and grow in overall fitness. We’ll add balance work, footwork, stretching, a little yoga and more to support our health and wellbeing. A fun and nourishing time for body, mind and spirit! Please bring your mat and water. $5 per class. Drop-ins welcomed.
